Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VaultLane ("the Service", "platform") at vaultlane.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, admins, and invited members.

2. Description of Service

VaultLane is a stablecoin finance operations platform. It allows you to track on-chain wallet transactions (read-only), create and manage invoices, record contractor payouts, reconcile transactions, and generate reports.

VaultLane is not a wallet, exchange, custodian, or financial institution. We do not hold, transmit, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds at any time. All blockchain interactions are performed by you using your own wallets and tools.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each workspace is an isolated environment. The workspace owner is responsible for managing members, roles, and data within that workspace. You may invite team members; you are responsible for the actions of members you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VaultLane. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Billing

VaultLane uses crypto-native billing. Upon registration, each workspace is assigned a dedicated billing wallet address. To activate a paid plan, send the exact plan amount in USDT or USDC to this address. Your plan activates automatically upon detection of a matching confirmed transaction.

Current plans:

• Trial: Free for 7 days (3 wallets, 10 invoices, 10 counterparties)
• Growth: $129/month or $1,188/year ($99/month)
• Pro: $349/month or $3,348/year ($279/month)

Payments are non-refundable once a plan period has been activated. If you send an incorrect amount, it will not match any plan and will not be credited. Contact support@vaultlane.net if you experience billing issues.

Plans do not auto-renew. You must manually send a new payment before your current period expires to continue uninterrupted access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VaultLane to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) laws
• Track wallets or transactions that you do not have authorization to monitor
• Process invoices or payments for illegal goods or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Introduce malware, spam, or disruptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Data Ownership

You own the data you enter into VaultLane — invoices, counterparty records, payout notes, and workspace settings. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You can export your data at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account.

7. Blockchain and Financial Disclaimer

VaultLane provides operational tooling for tracking and recording cryptocurrency transactions. It is not financial advice. Nothing in the platform constitutes investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. VaultLane is not responsible for any lost funds resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect payment amounts, or user error. Always verify wallet addresses before sending funds.

On-chain data shown in VaultLane is sourced from third-party APIs (TronGrid, Alchemy, Moralis). We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or real-time availability of blockchain data.

8. AI Features

VaultLane includes AI-assisted reconciliation powered by Anthropic's Claude model. AI suggestions are informational only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-suggested matches before finalizing financial records. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, high-availability service but do not guarantee uptime. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (blockchain APIs, hosting), or unforeseen incidents. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

VaultLane, its logo, interface design, and proprietary software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultLane and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or cryptocurrency losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your workspace data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. In case of Service discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email where reasonably possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
