How It Works

A cleaner workflow for stablecoin payment operations

VaultLane helps your team watch wallets, issue invoices, track payouts, reconcile on-chain activity, and stay organized — all without touching private keys.

01

Add your business wallets

Track the wallets you already use for collections, payouts, and operations in read-only mode.

VaultLane starts by connecting the wallets your business already uses for stablecoin payment flows. You can register wallets used for client payment collection, contractor and vendor payouts, operational transfers, and reserve balances.

  • Client payment collection
  • Contractor and vendor payouts
  • Operational transfers
  • Reserve balances

VaultLane does not require private keys in v1. It watches wallet activity in read-only mode and turns raw blockchain transactions into a structured ledger your team can use.

02

Create stablecoin invoices

Generate invoices with token, chain, amount, wallet details, and public payment links.

Create invoice records with the details that matter for stablecoin payments: invoice number, amount due, token, chain, destination wallet, due date, and line items or notes. VaultLane gives each invoice a public payment link, so your client can see clear payment instructions without creating an account.

  • Wrong-chain payment prevention
  • Missing wallet detail reduction
  • Clear amount communication
  • Scattered instruction cleanup

03

Detect incoming payments automatically

Watch collection wallets and match inbound transactions to the right invoices.

When a client sends payment, VaultLane detects the inbound transaction and checks amount, token, chain, destination wallet, timing, and known counterparty wallet data when available. If the payment clearly belongs to an invoice, VaultLane helps move it toward paid status. If the match is partial or ambiguous, it stays visible for review.

  • Amount and token verified
  • Chain and wallet matched
  • Timing and counterparty checked
  • Ambiguous matches surfaced for review

Track payouts to contractors and vendors

Create payout records and keep outgoing payment operations organized.

VaultLane gives your team a structured workflow for outgoing payments. You can create payout records for contractors, freelancers, vendors, affiliates, and partners. Each payout can include recipient, wallet address, token, chain, amount, due date, notes, and batch assignment.

  • Contractors and freelancers
  • Vendors and affiliates
  • Partners and service providers
  • Batch payout management

Confirm transactions on-chain

Detect matching outbound transfers and attach tx proof automatically.

After your team sends a payout from its existing wallet or exchange, VaultLane watches for the corresponding outbound transaction. It checks destination address, amount, token, chain, and source wallet. If the transfer matches the payout record, VaultLane confirms it and stores the tx hash as proof of payment.

  • Was the payout sent?
  • Which wallet was used?
  • Where is the tx hash?
  • Has the payment been confirmed?

Reconcile activity and stay informed

Match transactions to real business records, review exceptions, and trigger alerts or exports.

VaultLane helps your team connect wallet activity to actual business workflows. Inbound payments are matched to invoices, outbound transactions to payouts, and unmatched items are surfaced for review. When something is unclear, VaultLane can provide AI-assisted suggestions to help your team review likely matches faster.

  • Reports and exports
  • Email alerts
  • Webhook notifications
  • Outstanding receivables visibility
  • Audit-friendly records
